The team did an excellent job throughout the project. Their research was very thorough and impressive with the given timeframe and resulted in a great content style guide. With this they revised our existing in-app copy and delivered full documentation on their work. The impressive documentation was really the cherry on top. The content style guide has already become an extremely helpful resource within our team. It was a pleasure working with them and I can highly recommend hiring each and everyone of them.

FQX is a blockchain startup in Zurich, Switzerland. FQX are the developers of eNotes, the lending infrastructure that seeks to integrate traditional and decentralized finance. The eNote is the modernization of the traditional paper promissory note. eNotes are digital legally binding contracts that an issuer can promise payment to a bearer by a specific date. This note can then be redeemed for payment, sold on, or used in a variety of financing applications. FQX has a team of developers and UX designers, but in July 2022, they lacked dedicated UX writers.
Given these challenges, FQX obtained a six-person team of UX writers/content designers from the UX Writing Academy.
These goals were defined through collaboration with FQX project manager, Meagan Cederbaum and our UX writing team.
Our team provided FQX with the framework for further content design by providing a comprehensive content style guide and examples of the utilization of that content style guide through the copy rewrites we made. The rationales provided carefully documented our thinking processes such that further content design can be reproducible and consistent. Finally, with our content user testing guide, we gave FQX the full iterative design framework.
